To change the columns, click Change columns and settings.
You now end up in the overview below, where you can start setting the columns of the price list. You can choose to add extra columns or remove them from the price list.

Each option will be explained in detail below. Via the Quick Edit button you can change the options and if everything is filled in as desired you can confirm your settings with Save.

The different options are as follows:
# (number): This is the number of the column which determines the ranking in the price list.

Column name: enter the name of the column here, this is often the subject of what you want to know here from the provider or want to let the provider know. For example: Price or Quantity. This will be at the top of the column.

Type: a type is chosen to determine which input method a provider should use in the entire column. The possible types are as follows:

Text: This option allows you to enter a line of text.
Quantity: A number can be entered here.
Price: A number can be entered here that will be treated as an amount by the system.
Percentage: a number can be entered here that will be treated as a percentage by the system.
Formula: here you can enter a formula.
Default value: You can use this in combination with the option to be adjusted by the buyer after the quotation phase. The default value that you set here is applied for the entire column and can be adjusted in the evaluation phase.

Formula: If you choose the Formula type, you can set the formula in the column. You always use the numbers of columns, for example C1. This works similar to Excel, for example you can have two columns multiplied here, C2 * C3. You must therefore indicate what the output should be, here you can choose from currency or percentage. In addition, you have the option none, just a number remains the output. Consider for example the number of hours times the number of people. Please note: an outcome of a calculation cannot be included in a subsequent calculation. You must enter the original formula separately. In the example, C4 cannot be included and becomes C2 * C3.

Calculate Best Buy: With this check mark, the buyer indicates that the software must compare the suppliers with the prices given in that column. If you choose an award formula, the software will compare the prices entered here with the quality aspect from the Questionnaires.

Editable by supplier: here you can check whether the relevant column may be filled in by the provider, such as the price column.

Visible to provider: you can choose whether or not to make a column visible to a provider.

Mandatory: you can oblige a provider to fill in a column.

Show total: here you can check whether the lines in the price list should be added to one total. This applies to the total of all entered values within the chosen column.

Adaptable by buyer after quotation phase: If you use this option, it is possible to be able to change all fields under that column after the quotation phase. This option cannot be used in combination with the option In Editable by provider or Calculate best buy. Pay attention! this column is not visible to providers!

Important
The Calculate Best Buy check mark must always be entered by the purchaser and can be checked in a maximum of 1 column.
